I placed an order to have berries delivered the day before Valentine's Day to my wife's work. By 4pm they still hadn't arrived. I called customer service and they said they never even shipped the order! They offered to ship a replacement order to have it delivered the day AFTER valentine's day! Wow! What a GREAT present that would be. I asked to speak to a manager and was told NO MANAGER WAS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO!!! Do your self a favor and don't waste your money.
FedEx failed to deliver my overnight order. The chocolate-covered strawberries arrived at my sister's house 2 days late, ruined. I didn't know anything was wrong until my sister called to express her dissapointment. I called Berries.com, and they refunded my shipping cost, and then re-sent a new order at no charge! Wow! The Customer service rep was kind, respectful and fully empowered to set things right with me immediately. The service would have been "stellar" however if Berries.com had caught the problem and contacted me to make things right instead of waiting for me to call. Still, I'm pleased with Berries.com
