Great Video Card

Strengths: Great Graphics, cheap, very quiet, lifetime warranty from BFG.

Weakness: None so far.

Great video card. Just got one a few days ago. Very easy to install and once I installed the card my computer is performing much better. (was using onboard graphics) I got this card from Best Buy for 329.99 which is great price for the performance you get. Nothing wrong with the card when it was shipped. I highly recommend this card to those that want great graphics for a relatively cheap price

BFG 7900GT OC

Strengths: Great performance. Decent price and BFG's warranty

Weakness: none that I can think of

This card replaced a 6600gt agp (along with a new comp) and as expected it completely outperforms the older card.

Mwave shipped it promptly and it arrived on time with 2 day shipping. Would definately buy from Mwave again.

Broken Capacitor

Strengths: Unknown arrived damaged

Weakness: Arrived both times, RMA and original, with the same exact capacitor broken off.

BFG GeForce 7900 GT OC

Strengths: ?

Weakness: it fried the second I put it in.

This card fried when I first put it into my computer. Although it could just be "one" video card I had, but I've heard of cases with this happening to other people too. So I really haven't got the chance to test out the card and talk about performance issues so...look at the other reviews I guess.

GeForce 7900 GT OC Video Card (256MB, PCI Express x16, Dual DVI).

Strengths: Well as to be expected with a 7series geforce card the graphics are amazing, easy drivers to install and find, and BFG offer a lifetime warrenty, as the price is not to high this is a nice card.

Weakness: Has chips that overheat and malfunction, causing something called the artifacts in the graphics to fail, this result in unplayable games and constant resetting and computer problems,my first 2 = R.M.A

Well this is a great graphics card, when it works!!!
Can handle nearly anything thrown at it, but i wouldnt recommend buying 1 as it has proved to much of a headache over the last year sorting out all the problems and returning the cards.

Although I must say "BFG have excellent customer support" and deal with matters very fast, good customers services are a good thing to have when buying new hardware.

They are sending me a 7950 to replace the 7900 that doesnt seem to work for me, thats great customer services and makes good sense, for I may upgrade to a 8800GTX should I feel the need to after a while, I would stick with the BFG just because of the customer support and how I have been looked after.

So in all Shame about the card, BFG good customer services.
